Flixtor.to, Flixtor VIP and Copies: 17 Domains Tested on October 23, 2026
Is Flixtor still working? Which Flixtor domains load in our latest test, what Flixtor VIP unlocks and why the site asks for it, whether flixtor.to is legit, and legal sites like Flixtor.
Quick Answer
Flixtor still runs, but the domain that gets most of its search clicks opens on a sign-in page for paying VIP users. In our October 23, 2026 test of 17 Flixtor domains, 4 run that same VIP network, 5 are other sites using the name, 4 lead to ads, a list of other sites or a bot check, and 4 are for sale, parked or offline. The domains that load are listed first, then the full test and licensed sites like Flixtor.
- Top “flixtor” result

- Flixtor network domains

- 5 of 17 domains
- Ad redirects
- .io and .ac
Is Flixtor still working?
Yes, but behind a paywall for most of it. The site that has run on flixtor.to since at least 2017 now answers on four domains, and the one Google sends most visitors to, flixtor.vip, opens on a sign-in form for paying “VIP” users. Other Flixtor domains lead to separate sites using the name, ad redirects or parking pages.
Flixtor is a pirate movie and TV site that has gone offline and come back several times. That history is why “what happened to flixtor”, “is flixtor.to legit” and “sites like flixtor” are searched every month. Flixtor never had licenses for what it streams, so paying it does not make it legal; it only means handing card details to an anonymous operator.

October 2026

What Flixtor VIP is, and why the site keeps asking for it
Flixtor says it runs without advertising and pays for servers itself, so it asks visitors to “become a VIP user” with a donation. Here is what its own page says a VIP account unlocks. “flixtor vip” and “flixtor vip login” are searched about 16,000 times a month.
| What Flixtor lists | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access to all movies and episodes | Implies that visitors who do not pay see only part of the catalog. |
| All videos in 1080p | Implies that full HD is kept for VIP accounts. |
| Downloads, Chromecast and AirPlay | Casting to a TV and saving files need a VIP account. |
| “Never see any advertisements (if we ever have to run them)” | The network says it runs without ads; two other Flixtor domains in the table redirect to ad servers. |

Recommended VPNs against rogue ads and fake sites
Before you open any address in the table above, know that most of them run on aggressive ad networks. Pick by risk: Proton VPN Plus to filter ad, tracker and malware domains on all your devices, TV included; NordVPN to get warnings about fraudulent and phishing sites. A VPN also encrypts your connection on public Wi-Fi.
What a VPN doesn’t do
Proton VPN Plus
- NetShield blocks ad, tracker and malware domains (default level), included in VPN Plus.
- On Android TV, a single NetShield toggle blocks ads and trackers.
- Up to 10 devices on one subscription: PC, phone and TV.
NordVPN
- Scam, phishing and malware protection blocks malicious URLs and flags fraudulent sites.
- On Windows and macOS it also blocks ads and trackers; on Android and iOS only scam and phishing protection is available.
- Up to 10 devices on one subscription.

Is Flixtor safe and legit?
Paying for VIP
- A VIP account means giving an email, a password and payment to operators nobody can identify.
- If the site disappears again, as it did in 2017 and 2018, there is no one to ask for a refund.
- Use a unique password if you sign up at all.
Other Flixtor-named sites
- flixtor.my and flixtorto.world both say “Flixtor Official” but use a different site from the VIP network.
- A different site asking for VIP payment is not the Flixtor VIP network.
- Check the domain against the table first.
Ad redirects
- flixtor.io and flixtor.ac forwarded us straight to ad servers.
- Ignore prompts to allow notifications or install a player.
- A VPN with an ad and malware filter blocks some of them: see our 2 recommended VPNs.
Is Flixtor legal?
- No. Flixtor streams films and series without licenses, paid account or not.
- Rights holders pursue operators far more than viewers.
- The free services below are licensed.

How this guide was checked
- Domains tested by OwoZhero for NAT Checker on , each with an HTTPS and an HTTP request from the US.
- We grouped domains by the page they served: four returned the same site description and VIP text, so we count them as one network.
- The VIP perks are copied from Flixtor’s own page; we did not sign up, pay or stream anything.
- Search figures come from Similarweb’s 297 “flixtor” keywords. The table is re-run monthly.
