What happened to Sflix?
The original Sflix is gone. In October 2026 the Motion Picture Association said Sflix was run by the HiAnime network, which Vietnamese police dismantled in 2026. sflix.to no longer responds, and every site using the Sflix name today is a copy.
“sflix” still draws about 2.7 million searches every 28 days, and “sflix alternative”, “sflix reddit” and “sflix app” add tens of thousands more. The same network also ran MyFlixer, but people searching for it land on different sites, so it has its own guide: MyFlixer mirrors tested.
Sflix timeline, 2026
March 2026
HiAnime goes dark after a multi-year investigation by US Homeland Security Investigations, the Justice Department and ACE.
July 2026
Vietnamese police charge seven suspected operators of the HiAnime network.
October 2026
The MPA says that network also ran Sflix, MyFlixer and the Megacloud video host; sflix.to no longer responds.
